How we work

Diagnose first. Build only what the client needs

Our delivery method protects relevance, credibility and transfer into the workplace.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Map priority decisions, roles, systems, constraints and baseline capability.

  2. 02

    Co-design

Agree outcomes, cases, faculty, data boundaries, measures and delivery conditions.

  3. 03

    Simulate

Rehearse realistic markets, agreements, disruptions and cross-functional hand-offs.

  4. 04

    Apply & measure

Use workplace assignments, coaching and evidence at capability, behaviour, business and resilience levels.

  5. 05

    Transfer & refresh

Leave playbooks, internal faculty, review rhythms and a costed path to scale.

Why Green Target

Senior judgement. Practical learning. Responsible claims

01

Leadership at the table

Founding partners remain involved in framing, governance and quality assurance.

02

Context before content

Cases and simulations are shaped around the client’s decisions, controls and data boundaries.

03

Specialists appointed to fit

Associate faculty join only after scope, credential, conflict and reference checks.

04

Evidence over attendance

Success is measured through capability, behaviour, workplace application and resilience—not participation alone.
